We are looking for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client in the airline industry.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about flights, policies, and services
Help customers book, change, or cancel reservations
Assist with lost/delayed baggage and escalate when needed
Deliver excellent customer experience with a problem-solving mindset
Maintain records and follow company procedures
Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Prior customer service experience is a plus (airline/travel preferred)
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays
Basic computer skills & familiarity with CRM systems
