Position: Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager for our corporate business partner in the food industry who will contribute to managing financial processes with a strategic perspective and support sustainable financial growth.

Job Description

• Manage and oversee cash flow planning, monitoring, and financial operations
• Coordinate relationships with banks and financial institutions and support related financial processes
• Lead budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis activities
• Prepare strategic financial insights and management reports to support decision-making processes
• Improve finance processes and contribute to operational efficiency
• Support financial planning and continuous improvement projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields?? Min. 8–10 years of experience in finance functions
• Previous involvement in at least one IPO process?? Strong knowledge of capital markets regulations and financial compliance processes
• Strong background in financial valuation, reporting, and analysis
• Experience managing relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Advanced knowledge of cash flow management and financial planning
• Good command of English
