    You will be expected to seamlessly run a world-class team of 100+ finance professionals using revolutionary and radically differentiated processes demonstrating critical-thinking and inspirational leadership.

    You will play a major role in the acquisition of organizations and will be expected to lead the financial transformation of any acquired company within a very short time frame.

    You will be tasked with simplifying and standardizing financial processes across the organization.

    You will lead and manage teams using a metrics-based process and a centralized structure.

    You will be expected to be an expert at aggressive goal setting and derive weekly productivity improvements in a cloud-based network environment. You will need to drive significant levels of value and productivity at much higher levels than in most companies.

    You must continuously improve the quality of your teams using our global talent sourcing. You will leverage your financial expertise and judgment to set a personal standard for excellence.

    You should be capable of working closely with our Fortune 500 customer executives as well as key executives within ESW Capital. The expectation is that you are a seasoned professional with excellent English communication skills that can effectively manage executive relationships.

    You will operate in our centralized economies of scale model where the pace is fast and you will be required to make the right decisions quickly.

    You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will serve as a key member of the global executive team at ESW Capital.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Manage a Finance organization structured around international virtual teams, leading VPs of Finance, aligning goals and priorities in a non-traditional working environment

    Setting weekly goals and leading weekly performance reviews, goal tracking, and quarterly budgets

    Drive productivity and improvement through deep diving and innovating across Finance teams who specialize in FP&A and Controlling, Finance IT Systems and Data Import, GL Audits using US GAAP, Operations, including Treasury and Tax, and Acquisitions

    Lead Financial M&A integration projects and drive constant transformation in Financial teams

    Deep dive into issues as necessary showing your ability to resolve detailed problems whilst maintaining a high-level overview

    Focus on process improvement, productivity, automation and ensuring timeliness and accuracy of portfolio company financial statements

    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

    15 years of US GAAP experience in a senior financial management position of a company with international operations

    3+ years experience of proficiently exceeding 100 finance professionals

    Previous responsibility for $1 billion (annualized) turnover in a software company

    A successful track record as the CFO of a software company or SVP for a software division

    A relevant university degree plus either CPA (or equivalent professional certification) or MBA

    Excellent communication skills in English

    Experience managing a complex group audit - Big 4 or client side

    Extensive US GAAP exposure, ASC 606 implementation experience a bonus

    M&A accounting and finance experience, including complex multi-currency consolidations

    Extensive experience with large-scale ERP systems - Netsuite and/or Intacct a bonus

    Proven team leader with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a faced-paced environment

    At ESW Capital , the acquisition of software companies is one of our primary goals. You will play a major role in the acquisition of some of these organizations and will be expected to lead transformation of any acquired company within a very short time frame. Our plan for 2018 is the acquisition of 50 companies.

    One of our key challenges is simplifying finance processes. You will do this in parallel with integrating one new software company per week, and manage teams using a metrics based process and a centralized structure.

    · Prepares direct costs reports (Direct Variable Costs & Gross Margin by project, product, customer, item / Margin deviation / Hours accounting / Purchasing impacts / Cost to complete / Project portfolio)

    · Reconciles and analyses Cost of Sales of projects with Trial Balance and provides voucher to Accounting for adjustment of differences. Analyses and verifies WIP & FG

    · Prepares a detailed report for budget / actual deviations, and proposes corrective actions

    · Maintains ERP system efficiency for costing issues (Data quality and required system adaptations)

    · Ensures that cost related issues are properly processed in the system: BOMs and routings, Scrap, hours booking, Purchases, Stocks valuations

    · Generally, understands and contributes to improve the performance of the unit in current operating income, NWC and cash. (becomes a real support of the unit finance controller and Managing Director)

    · Takes and proposes corrective actions about OCF and overdue reduction

    · Participates to the closing , budget and revision processes

    · Fully follows up and apply Company’s Finance instructions

    · Initiates and monitors monthly project pre-closing meetings with the project managers

    · Participates to the preparation of miscellaneous internal and external management reports
