Our client is a world leader in its sector. Now we are looking for an DEPARTMANT ASSISTANT who has key role in this penetrating process.

- Manage month end transaction reporting
- Manage meeting, hotel and accommodation reservations in conjunction with Corporate Travel department
- To handle Turkey office`s administrative duties and assist International managers where required
- Support the team with general administration and clerical support, answering phones, taking messages, passing on requirements, organising scanning, photocopying, etc
- Any other reasonable administrative or clerical duties/projects as required
- Performing translations from Turkish into English as required
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced English communication skills
- At least 3 years of experience in departmant assistant position
- Polished professional communication and presentation skills
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Organization skills;- No military obligation for male candidates
