Job Definition

Our client is globally leader of food sector. Now we are looking for a Coffee Sales Specalist who will be member of Store Sales of the organization.

This position will report to Store Boutique Manager. Acts as an Ambassador for the our client’s Brand in the Boutique. Welcomes, advises and serves Club Members in compliance with the quality standards defined in the Service Standards and Selling Ceremony. Contributes to reaching the sales targets of the Boutique notably through outstanding selling skills, impeccable customer service and solid products knowledge.

Delivering the Selling Ceremony

- Properly welcomes and greets the customers

- Is able to present the Boutique and the full coffee machine service offering

- Maintains a proactive approach towards the customers

- Actively manages the database on a daily basis and permanently update customer records, KVKK / PDPL permissions

- Understands and answers to customer needs and desires through appropriate questioning and active listening

- Perfectly knows the products (coffee, machines, accessories, food and bites)

- Maximizes the sale of all the Coffee products presented in the Boutique (coffee, machines and accessories)

- Executes sales with upselling, cross selling focus

- Presents the commercial offers according to the promotional calendar

- Shares her/his passion for the brand, among others by conveying the brand expertise, innovative dimension and values

- Manages cash till in accordance with the defined procedure and appropriately conducts the cash reconciliation

- Takes necessary actions to solve customer problems in a positive manner

Delivering Coffee Tasting Rituals

• Invites customers to tasting rituals according to their needs and expectations

• Initiates customers to the art of coffee tasting and develops their curiosity about our products

• Operates the assigned tasting area with efficiency

Obtaining the Know How for basic After-Sales Service for Machines

• Executes support to customers for basic troubleshooting issues in machines

• Carries out the machine replacement towards the After-Sales Service

Qualifications

  • Graduated from universities.
  • At least 2 years of experience in direct customer sales environment (Preferably Luxury retail or premium service experience)
  • Strong communication and partnering skills with the customers and business units
  • Highly motivated, committed, analytical person
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • Good command of English is required
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Reporting and presentation experience
  • Good adaptation for team work
  • Strong organizational skills is required with paying attention details and proactive,
