Job Description

Establish optimal master production schedule for the tactical horizon from time fence (month 2-3) to 24 months, including: Production volumes based on demand, Rough cut capacity analysis, Resources allocation resulting in anticipated operational costs and inventory levels
Facilitate Supply Review Meeting and actively support the entire S&OP process
Manage supply KPI reporting and analysis
Leads action plans to achieve supply performance target and drive for continuous improvement
Confirm supply orders, firmed production orders at the entry point of the time fence
Owns planning parameters in ERP System like MOQ, campaign size, product segmentation
Ensure right level of SKU Inventories at the next point of the supply chain
Optimizes local planning processes such as lead times, product segmentation, and production frequencies to increase the efficiency of the production unit
Coordinates action plans to remediate to resources constraints
Aligns Master Production Schedule (MPS) to the production plan approved in S&OP
Is responsible for the finished product inventory, capacity and resources planning for the whole production unit for the tactical horizon

Required Skills and Expertise

BSc. in Chemical or Industrial Engineering
Min 5 years planning experience (pharmaceutical industry knowledge is a plus)
Fluent in English
Proficiency in SAP
Able to report accurately and meet deadline
Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
Good analytical thinking skills
Team working and customer oriented mindset
Strong interpersonal skills with customers
