Engineering department of INCO is fully computerized and is equipped with the most advanced software. All kinds of steel structural buildings, especially multistory process buildings are being designed by INCO and fabrication works are being undertaken at INCO workshops located in; Sohar Industrial Estate, Jebel Ali Freezone, UAE and Gebze/Istanbul. Besides structural steel fabrication, INCO undertakes design and fabrication of Industrial vessels, cyclones, heat exchangers, storage tanks as per API 650, Ducts and Stacks for HRSG Systems, Industrial Equipments and pressure vessels as per ASME Section VIII Division 1 and 2 both in carbon steel and stainless steel. Overhead traveling cranes up to 100 ton capacity have been fabricated and erected for industrial plants.
The company has been accredited with ISO-9002 certificate and Holder of ASME "U" and "U2" stamp. All kinds of construction equipment are company owned. Mobile hydraulic truck cranes, forklifts, shovels, trenching machines, trucks with self loaders, hydraulic scaffolding, air compressors, sand blasting equipments, CNC operated plasma and gas cutting machines. CNC operated full automatic steel sections production line fully automatic shot blasting and painting line, fully automatic welding machines, automatic submerged arc welding machines, automatic flux cored welding machines with shielding gas, high frequency TIG welding equipment, Guillotine shears, 4 roll heavy cylinder up to 50mm thick plate, folding machines, lathes, heavy steel plate rollers and all sort of electronic and digital measuring instruments increases the reliability and efficiency of INCO.
Overseas market constitutes 90% of INCO total annual turnover, made possible by our dedicated team of Engineers, Staff, Production & Erection Technicians and Workers. We are proud to state that most of our team members have been with us since INCO's institution.
It is INCO's coordinated and unified team efforts and expertise in the field of civil, mechanical and electrical engineering that yield very fast execution of industrial projects. Most sophisticated PLC controlled process plants were commissioned and commercial production achieved within a period of 8 months.
