Job DescriptionFollows the instructions of Sales Manager in order to design sales programs and set short and long-term sales strategies.
• Acts as advisor to the operation departments regarding projects, tasks and high protocol events along with Sales Manager’s tactics.
• Getting daily VIP & Arrival reports to make sure which guests are arriving to which hotel and informing the related sales person to take the necessary action
• Ensuring that all reservations are correct, appropriate rooms are assigned for the guests, VIP treatment is done properly for the cluster hotels in coordination with In house Departments, the daily meetings are followed as well as the accommodation and informing the related sales person.
• Works to build morale between team members and promote teamwork while maintaining a competitive environment.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• May attend local networking events, as needed like national day reception or any other exhibition related with Government institutions
• Works with various members of the sales team and be a part of the operation
• Proven ability to adapt to changing markets and to understand customer needs.
