Hleks Gıda San ve Tic. A.Ş. - Technical Sales Assistant

We are seeking a candidate with a B.Sc. degree in Food related subject who will be responsible for "Technical Sales" in the International Marketing and Sales Department (Export) of our company operating in the confectionery business.

• Generate and qualify leads via phone, email, fairs and customer visits
• Promote products/services to new and existing customers
• Ability to create and deliver client presentations
• Follow up commercial sales documentation in accordance with customer and Logistics department
• Give technical support to customers about product applications, samplings, and documentation in accordance with our technical teams such as QA, Production and R&D.
• Prioritize and/or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction
• Report to Sales Director

• Experienced in technical sales of confectionery products (candy, chocolate) in B2B and B2C
• Educated in the Food related departments of universities or polytechnics
• Excellent in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking). Chinese knowledge will be an advantage
• Available for international travelling
• Younger than 40
• Resident in Asian side of Istanbul or Kocaeli
