    • Oda katlarındaki çalışmanın planlamasını sağlamak.

    • Maid ve houseman’in işlerini organize etmek ve takibini yapmak.

    • İşin eşit dağıtıldığından emin olmak.

    • Günlük c/o ve occ odaları check etmek ve standartların sağlandığından emin olmak.

    • Misafir odaları ve servis koridorları, linen ve supplyların kontrolünü yapmak. Herhangi bir onarıma, ekipmana ihtiyaç varsa ofise bildirmek.

    • Odalar için gerekli olan periyodik temizliğin planlamasını yapmak.

    • Misafirin odadaki supply ve malzemelerinin tüketimi konusunda kontrol yapmak

    • Ekipman ve malzemelerin yanlış veya hor kullanılıp kullanılmadığının kontrol ve takibini yapmak.

    • Tüm temizlik ekipmanlarının uygun şekilde kullanımını sağlamak.

    • Doğru iş metodlarınınmaidler tarafından uygulandığından emin olmak ve

    • Exc.Housekeeper envanter hazırlarken hazır bulunmak.

      gerektiğinde Ass. Exec.housekeeper’a başvurmak ve öneri sunmak.

    • Departman eğitiminin devamlılığından emin olmak.

    • Personele rapor eğitimi ve kaybolan eşyaların teslimi konusunda eğitim vermek

    • Akşam şefine izin günlerinde vekaletlik yapmak.Akşam HSK operasyonunu yönetmek ve departmanı temsil etmek.

    • Toplantılarda hazır bulunmak ve eğitim programlarına iştirak etmek.

    • Akşam housekeeping raporunu düzenlemek ve c/o odaları takip etmek.

    • Akşam genel alan düzen ve temizliğinden sorumlu olmak.

    • Personeli kişisel bakım ve hijyen konularında eğitmek ve uyarmak.

    • Genel disiplin ve takım ruhu oluşturmak

    • Kat Şefi pozisyonunda en az 4 yıl tecrübeli.
    • Zincir Otel denetimi olan.
    • Motivasyon, koçluk ve gelişim ile bir temizlik ve bakım ekibini yönetme tecrübesi
    • Ekibi yönetme konusunda başarılı bir sicil
    • Oda yönetim sistemlerine dair çalışma bilgisi
    • Hem kurum içinde hem de dışıdan bütün yönetim seviyeleri, konuklar, ortaklar ve müşteriler ile etkin etkileşimde rahatlık ve tecrübe
    • Genel ofis bilgisayarı uygulamalarını kullanabilme (örneğin, kelime işlem, çizelge, veritabanları)

    Misafir memnuniyetini en üst düzeyde tutmak.
    Oda görevlilerinin görünüm ve temizliğine dikkat edilmesi.
    Oda görevlilerinin denetlenmesi. Kat arabalarının muntazam ve eksiksiz bir şekilde hazırlanması ve uygun bir yere bırakılmasının sağlanması.
    Lekelerin kusursuz çıkarılmasının takibinin sağlanması.
    Bölümü ile ilgili envanter ve stok sayımına yardımcı olunması.
    Temizlik malzeme ve ekipmanlarını kullandıktan sonra uygun bir şekilde muhafaza edilmesi.
    Yeni konuklar için odaların kontrol edilmesi olası hataların şefler tarafından düzeltilmesinin sağlanması ve oda temizlik onayının verilmesi.
    Dolu odaların kontrol edilmesi.
    Çıkış kontrolü yapılması.

    What will I be doing?

    As an Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for assisting with overseeing housekeeping operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. An Assistant Executive Housekeeper will also be required to assist the Executive Housekeeper/Executive Housekeeper and monitor standards. Supervisory and Housekeeping experience is required.Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

    • Assist with overseeing Housekeeping/Laundry operations
    • Operate within departmental budgets through effective stock and cost controls and well managed schedules
    • Support departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
    • Ensure consistently high operating standards in every area of Housekeeping and Laundry, as identified by the hotel brand standards
    • Perform routine inspections of all Housekeeping areas and report any issues to the Executive Housekeeper
    • Implement, effectively, all Housekeeping policies and procedures including Health and Safety and security
    • Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of all Housekeeping Team Members with an emphasis on training and team work
    • Ensure team members have an up-to-date knowledge of all room categories and amenities
    • Assist the Executive Housekeeper to maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and suppliers
    • Ensure staffing levels cover business demands
    • Ensure ongoing training to support the Executive Housekeeper
    • Ensure communication meetings are conducted
    • Manage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

    • Oversee housekeeping operations
    • Oversee Laundry Operations
    • Evaluate Guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends with a focus on continuous improvement
    • Operate within departmental budgets through effective stock and cost controls and well managed schedules
    • Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
    • Inspect, regularly, all fixtures, fittings, and appliances to ensure compliance to standards and take action as necessary to conform to standard
