İŞ ve ÇÖZÜM Danışmanlık - Quality Manager

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced “Quality Manager” who will be responsible for all Quality Management processes and lead team of 30 employees. Successful candidate will also deliver technical knowledge and advice about quality management for its facility located in Gebze and other locations.

• Being responsible for; the execution of all quality strategy of the company’s products and processes and the management of quality team providing technical support and advice
• Ensuring quality control requirements and recording them in accordance with specification
• Creating and following the incoming quality control, process control and final quality control plans
• Establishing and progressing overall quality system procedures regarding the company and customer requirements and the international standards
• Managing all the supplier quality processes
• Leading quality issues according to the requirements of the customers and internal colleagues
• Managing customer claims
• Coordinating and undertaking the supplier audits and inspections
• Managing PPAP, APQP, 8D, SPC activities based on project launch plan
• Preparing regular quality reports
• Leading continuous improvement activities
• Executing training programs when needed
• Providing support and advicing staff in quality issues and controls

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering departments (Preferably Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgical Engineer)
• Minimum 10 years overall experience and preferably min. 5 years in managerial roles
• Preferably experience in automotive, metal, sheet metal/iron production plant
• Knowledge and experience in quality assurance systems (ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Experience in lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, TQM
• Knowledge about APQP, PPAP, IMDS, PDCA, 8D, SPC
• Knowledge in Quality process improvement techniques
• Experienced in press machines, welding machines etc.
• Knowledge about technical drawing and measurement tolerance
• Excellent command of English both written and verbal
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP programs
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills, result oriented
• Experienced in team management
• Having no obstacle to travel abroad, actively driving
• Resident in İstanbul Anatolian Side or Kocaeli
