Tasks and linked goals of the requested position

-Development of sales area strategy and market penetration plan

-New business development

-Project pipeline management

- Account management

- Identify and develop sales network partners

- Lead development projects with R&D at SITUR & Ahrensburg and liaison directly with customers

- Forecasting and budget planning

- Participation in trade shows, marketing and promotion events

- Communication with R&D, supply chain, procurement, logistics, back office to satisfy customer requirements

- Customer profile, competitor profile, sales documentatio

Qualifications

Neccessary skills of the applicant

-Degree in food technology preferred

-Fluent in English a must

- 5 years in Sales or technical sales experience in food or plant based industry.

-Dairy&Meat background can be considered as well.

-Prior experience in the area of Turkey, Jordan etc.

-Self motivated and initiative

-Structured way of working

-Strategic mindset

-Proactive communication

-Driver licence B

-Customer oriented

-Travel approx 10 days/month

-Preferred location Izmir

-Military service completed
