We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Quality Department in the food industry. This role will be responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of our food products through inspections, audits, and process control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and verify food safety and quality parameters throughout the production process,
• Ensure compliance with local and international food safety standards (e.g., ISO 22000, BRC, FSSC 22000, HACCP),
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and documentation,
• Support internal and external audits, including preparation and follow-up actions,
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation for non-conformities,
• Collaborate closely with production, R&D, and procurement departments to ensure consistent product quality,
• Conduct hygiene and sanitation checks within production areas,
• Support training initiatives related to food safety and quality awareness.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field,
• Min 3 years of experience in quality assurance/control in the food industry ,
• Solid knowledge of food safety standards and quality management systems,
• Familiarity with laboratory analysis techniques is a plus,
• Good command of English (written and spoken),
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
