Job Definition

TAB Food Industry and Trade. Inc. is a subsidiary of ATA Holding and was established in 1994 and in 1995 opened its first BURGER KING restaurant in Istanbul. Today, TAB Gıda is the leader in the sector with the number of restaurants opened and the volume of customers. TAB Gıda is increasing its activity day by day with Sbarro, Popeyes, Arby’s brands which are included after Burger King to the structure and with the brands of Usta Dönerci and Usta Pideci which are created by TAB Gıda.

  • Leading all marketing plans of related Burger King products, including brand strategic planning, market positioning, pricing, promotion and advertising,
  • Managing the marketing budget efficiently,
  • Leading brand’s communication activities, ATL and BTL, managing 3rd party relations,
  • Analyzing market, competitors and customer insights to identify opportunities for increased sales and future product development,
  • Developing marketing and sales strategies by analysing current sales, trends and results in order to increase sales.

Qualifications

We are looking for "Brand Manager" with the following qualifications to be employed in our company's Marketing Department.

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably master's degree in Marketing/Brand Management,
  • Knowledge of market and consumer research, marketing budget and P&L,
  • Minumum 3 years of experience in brand management,
  • Having experience with media-buying, planning and research,
  • Having strong analytical, conceptual, interpersonal communication and influence skills,
  • Being a team player, developing good communication with 3rd parties and agencies,
  • Having to ability successfully carry out multiple tasks simultaneously,
  • Having strong planning and organizing skills,
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
