Job Description:

• Lead and perform Annual Budget and regular Forecasts
• Perform closing monthly activities and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Reporting according to Turkish GAAP and IFRS and German HGB
• Analyse variances between actual results and plan numbers from Budget and Forecast
• Pro-actively inform the management about deviations and propose improvements
• Preparation of all group reports (sales, operational performance, etc.)
• Preparation all local management reporting
• Continously improve reporting methods and standards
• Align reporting methods and standards in co-operation with German Headquarters
• Take ownership and control over Fixed Assets and Inventories

Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar fields from reputable universities
• S/he should have a minimum 7 years experience
• Preferably experience from ship-building industry or construction
• Advanced command of verbal and written English is mandatory
• Good knowledge of IFRS and legal Turkish accounting
• Proficiency in use of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• No restrictions on domestic and international travel
