In this role you will

• Manage the authorization processes of technical personnel in accordance with SHY-CA, SHT-CAM, SHT-145, SHT-66, SHT-147 and related EASA regulations
• Monitor and manage SHGM (DGCA), customer, and internal technical documentation
• Perform planned and unplanned audits
• Take an active role in the Safety Management System and root cause analysis
• Provide compliance oversight in line maintenance & base maintenance operations
• Review and approve procedures, forms, and instructions related to compliance
• Track and manage official correspondence with the SHGM
• Monitor and evaluate aviation regulatory changes (SHGM, EASA, IATA), ensure internal alignment and communicate impacts across departments
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Compliance Monitoring System

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics, Aerospace, Materials or related fields)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within aviation (Part-145, Part-CAMO, Part-M, Part-147, or Quality/Compliance Monitoring functions)
• Strong understanding of EASA/SHGM and IATA regulations
• Proven analytical thinking, problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities
• Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting to executive management
• High level of responsibility and ownership, initiative-taking and proactive approach
• Strong team player with continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to work remotely in a disciplined, result-oriented manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and systems is an asset.
• Resident in or willing to relocate to the Anatolian side of Istanbul
