Are you ready to embark on your Pegasus career path as our Compliance Monitoring Operations Specialist - Disabled, flight number PC-2026?

In this role you will

• Manage and monitor aircraft maintenance suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers
• Support supplier approval, evaluation, and ongoing performance monitoring processes
• Coordinate with internal technical, quality, and compliance teams regarding supplier-related matters
• Review supplier documentation related to aircraft maintenance activities (technical, quality, and compliance records)
• Support corrective actions, findings follow-up, and continuous improvement activities related to suppliers
• Maintain accurate supplier records and ensure traceability in line with aviation requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Civil Aviation, Aircraft Maintenance, Aviation Management, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes and maintenance organizations
• Understanding of supplier/subcontractor management in an aviation environment
• Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work systematically and follow defined procedures
• Proven analytical thinking, problem-solving and root cause analysis capability
• Strong team player with continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to work remotely in a disciplined, result-oriented manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish
• Preferably residing on the Asian side of Istanbul
