Job DescriptionA Spa Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting clients to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while ensuring the overall experience is pleasant and their needs are met.
What will I be doing?
As a Spa Receptionist, you are responsible for welcoming guests in a professional manner and ensuring an excellent Guest and Member experience throughout their visit. You will be expected to provide detailed information about Spa & Wellness services, manage reservations, and handle daily operational procedures efficiently.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Welcome Spa & Wellness guests professionally and ensure their satisfaction throughout their experience

Provide detailed information to guests about spa and fitness services, treatment packages, and retail products, and manage reservation processes accordingly

Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures in compliance with company standards and policies

Effectively manage the appointment schedule and organize therapists’ daily programs accordingly

Follow up on guest requests and complaints closely, ensuring fast and effective solutions

Monitor incoming and outgoing guest lists, special notes, and daily operational reports

Ensure Spa standards and procedures are consistently applied and maintained

Carry out all tasks assigned by the Spa Manager in a complete and timely manner

Maintain effective communication with guests, team members, and management to support smooth daily operations

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (Spa / Wellness / Hotel Reception)

Committed to delivering a high level of customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

Associate Degree or University Degree (or currently studying)

Excellent attention to detail

Previous spa or wellness reception experience

High standards of cleanliness and organization

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest requests professionally
To fill this role successfully, you should also have the following language skills:

English proficiency: Advanced level in reading, writing, and speaking
