PURPOSE:
Hifyber is looking for a Sales Specialist (EMEA) to join our team. This position, responsible for both sales and business development activities within the filtration industry and will report directly to the General Manager. The Sales Specialist (EMEA) will work closely with the engineering, product development, and project teams to manage the sales cycle, deliver tailored solutions, and drive business growth by meeting client needs and industry demands. This role will also focus on ensuring customer satisfaction through expert technical support and project management, contributing to the overall success of the company.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the sales process from business development to closing deals, including identifying new
  • opportunities and clients in the filtration sector.
  • Execute end-to-end sales processes, including pre-sales technical support, presentations, and
  • proposal development, while maintaining client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the filtration sector,
  • ensuring long-term business partnerships.
  • Work closely with the General Manager (GM) to align sales strategies with company goals and
  • targets in the EMEA.
  • Actively research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the filtration industry
  • to ensure offerings remain competitive and aligned with market demand.
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions and technical
  • product recommendations.
  • Provide technical expertise and product knowledge during client discussions and negotiations,
  • ensuring accurate information is shared.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, including progress updates, sales forecasts, and key
  • performance indicators (KPIs), to the GM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as product development and marketing) to support sales
  • strategies and develop product enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Manage post-sales follow-ups and ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Expertise

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL SET:

  • Minimum of 6 years of total work experience, with at least 3 years in the B2B sales,
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex filtration
  • solutions to customers.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently, but also comfortable collaborating with crossfunctional
  • teams.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and
  • priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in the B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical or industrial field.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
