Job Definition


Support to corporate efficiency and values by book-keeping and controlling data entry of invoices for expenses and recording to the vendor accounts on time and accurately

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store closing and opening operation documents by providing to governmental agency
  • Transferring payments for shop rent
  • Bookkeeping of rental invoices and expense invoices
  • Follow up letter of guarantees to be provided mall landlords and coordination with Treasury Team
  • Withholding tax calculation for individual landlords
  • Weekly Sales reconciliations
  • Control of transferring all sales data between Sap Retail and Sap Peu.
  • In case of errors, raising tickets and follow up for accurate revenue recognition
  • FX Rate Evaluations
  • Group and non-group vendor reconciliations
  • Closing postings (royalty, imf, warranty provisions and other accruals related to above process)
  • Year-end interim and final group audit support to KPMG
  • AP Ageing Manual Report preparation to the FD
  • Sales declarations to the landlords and collecting the invoice accordingly
  • Preparation of the report Cash Flow Forecasts to the Treasury Team
  • Preparation of the stores rent payments reports to the Real Estate Team
  • Support IFRS report if it is needed


Requisite Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields from a reputable university
  2. Minimum of 3 years working experience in the respective area preferably Accounting / Finance area is an asset
  3. IT skills: Outlook and Word: Basic; Excel and PowerPoint: advanced
  4. Strong accounting knowledge local GAAP
  5. Strong process understanding of accounting relevant processes
  6. Strong communication skills
  7. Good IT Skills (e.g. Microsoft, SAP)
  8. Good command in English is a must
