Job Definition

Alfred H Knight Turkey is looking for teammates in the accounting department to coordinate its overseas activities.

Main Functions:
• Running daily accounting and financial operations of overseas.
• Communicating and cooperating with relevant departments in related countries in order to receive necessary approvals.
• Booking invoices, following their payment and reconciliation processes
• Reviewing monthly expenses and statements.
• Communicating with outsource accounting offices.
• Controlling journal entries, system records, and trial balance.
• Supporting month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
• Reconciliation of intercompany balances.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor or associate degree in accounting, finance, economy or related fields,
• Minimum 2 years relevant accounting experience,
• Good command of the English language,
• Knowledge of E-Invoice, E-Archive and E- Ledger,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Experience with financial reporting requirements,
• Excellent corporate and interpersonal communication skills,
• High energy, detail-focused, action-oriented, honest and reliable,
• Be competent in solution-focused, planned, teamwork and time management issues,
• Living around Ataşehir,K.bakkalköy,Bostancı
• Non-Smoker
• No obstacle to travel,
• No military obligation for male candidate
