Job Definition

  • Conduct the whole recruitment operation such as searching resumes via career portals, fulfilling phone interviews and organizing interviews
  • Perform competency based face-to-face interviews and make reference checks, conduct assessment centers for related positions
  • Analyze and report recruitment processes
  • Fill vacant positions in accordance with the recruitment plan determined depending on operations departments’ requirements
  • Follow up employee files and candidate interview documents
  • Take necessary legal actions for specific personnel situations which are against procedures and regulations,
  • Responsible for proper administration of personnel changes and personnel data (new hires, resignations, terminations, etc) in HR relevant systems
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Work with the Senior Management Team at times of change and transformation
  • Act as a consultant to all department executives regarding HR functions
  • Facilitate the execution of HR systems & processes and increase the awareness within the company
  • Take an active role in HR projects and contributing to the improvement of all HR activities and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related disciplines
  • Very good command of English
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in core Human Resources areas; especially in recruitment, employee relations
  • Experienced in retail sector
  • Active use of MS Office programs
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Demonstrated success as a team player
  • Self motivated, able to multitask and result oriented
  • Capable of working with flexible hours if necessary
  • No travel restrictions
