We are looking for a new graduate team member to join the Dishwasher Cost Analysis Team for 5,5 months in Haier Europe Türkiye.

Job Desciption

• Collecting cost reduction ideas,
• Calculating cost saving per product and evaluating effected product range, success possibility and production starting date,
• Contributing to defining the development and implementation plan for each idea,
• Supporting stakeholders to accelerate projects,
• Regularly updating cost saving, success possibility and production starting date,
• Preparing reports for cost savings of factory, function, and macro projects etc,
• Evaluating predicted saving amount according to company targets,
• Creating new cost reduction ideas and providing environment to all stakeholders for creating new ideas,
• Attending to project meetings for follow-up and manage projects.

• B.Sc. and/or M.Sc. degree in Engineering Departments,
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English,
• Advanced MS Office (Esp. MS Excel, Powerpoint, Minitab) knowledge,
• Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills,
• Result oriented, dynamic, team player, and having good communication, problem solving and enacting skills,
• Living or willing to live in Eskişehir.
