Job Description

We are looking for a “Campaign and Loyalty Programs Manager” with the listed qualifications below to Marketing department of a leading company in the retail sector.

  • Designing  campaign timeline (daily, weekly, monthly / customer, store, SKU / own, 3rd party modules based),
  • Initiate and develop multiple campaign related work streams and projects,
  • Develop and manage models to enhance decision making and monitor KPIs,
  • Refine, redesign and rebuild  loyalty schemes.
Required Skills and Expertise
  • Bachelor degrees from reputable universities,
  • Minimum 5 years of total experience in Energy/Telecom/Finance/Retail with a role in revenue management is a must,
  • Comfortable in an ever changing, deadline driven challenging environment,
  • Passion to create and build from scratch,
  • Strong stakeholder management approach, with experience in building network and creating, managing and influencing relationships at all levels,
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to interpret complex data, define and present clear recommendations,
  • Adept at simultaneously managing multiple projects with different timelines and stakeholders,
  • Track record of successful delivery of cross functional projects at an operational level,
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills in English, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
