We are looking for a “Training and Development Supervisor” for our multinational client operates in the retail sector.
- Designing & planning & implementing development programs which are in alignment with the specific needs and company’s strategies & targets,
- Designing and implementing level based leadership and talent development,
- Designing and implementing orientation program for new hired employed in accordance with the differentiated roles,
- Doing need analysis in order to design custom-made development programs,
- Management of employee branding and customer experience management projects,
- Management of individual development tools,
- Determining & management of vendors in the direction of company strategies and requirements,
- Training Budget Management,
- Management of Internal Trainer Process,
- Take part in training and development awards,
- Evaluating the efficiency of both programs and trainings in different levels,
- Encouraging and implementing programs that integrate the use of technology and self - learning at all levels of the program.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, master’s degree a plus,
- Fluency in both written and spoken English,
- Min. 8 years experience in Training and Development department,
- Analytic, result-oriented and strong planning and organization skills,
- Strong communication skills,
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and team environment,
- Good command of MS Office Programs.
