Job Definition

We are looking for a “Training and Development Supervisor” for our multinational client operates in the retail sector.

  • Designing & planning & implementing development programs which are in alignment with the specific needs and company’s strategies & targets,
  • Designing and implementing level based leadership and talent development,
  • Designing and implementing orientation program for new hired employed in accordance with the differentiated roles,
  • Doing need analysis in order to design custom-made development programs,
  • Management of employee branding and customer experience management projects,
  • Management of individual development tools,
  • Determining & management of vendors in the direction of company strategies and requirements,
  • Training Budget Management,
  • Management of Internal Trainer Process,
  • Take part in training and development awards,
  • Evaluating the efficiency of both programs and trainings in different levels,
  • Encouraging and implementing programs that integrate the use of technology and self - learning at all levels of the program.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, master’s degree a plus,
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English,
  • Min. 8 years experience in Training and Development department,
  • Analytic, result-oriented and strong planning and organization skills,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and team environment,
  • Good command of MS Office Programs.
