CVPLUS Search & Selection - Training Manager
We are looking for a '' TRAINING MANAGER'' for our client in the cosmetics sector.
- Animating training sessions of the company's brands for Beauty Consultants, Fragrance Consultants, Makeup and Skincare experts, which is focused on the sell-out numbers.
- Coaching Field Team consultant
- Contributing for adaptation & translation of all training documents (presentations, participant documents, etc.)
- Managing the training budget.
- Applying the company approach to retailers and customers,
- Conducting store visits with sales team members to ensure training& identify future training needs.
- Reporting the trainings which had been completed according to the existing format weekly to relevant manager,
- Measuring and monitoring the results of the training on the field,
- Visiting retailers regularly, organizing trainings according to their needs,
- Planning and organizing training sessions for increasing the sellout numbers,
- Realization some in-company trainings like orientation training,
- Preparation content and modules of the trainings,
- Measuring and evaluating of the trainings with monthly / yearly reports, analyzing the situation and recording the necessary documents,
- We are looking for a team player who is going to work in harmony with their Colleagues and managers.
- Graduated from one of the reputable universities
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Cosmetics preferably with multinational and/or reputable local brand(s) and have experience of training and field.
- Strong communications, presentations, organization, planning skills and very good at time management.
- Innovative thinking skills.
- Very good at using MS Office
- Have a driving licence and actively driving car
- Strong reporting and analyzing skills.
- Having the “Train The Trainer” and “effective presentation techniques” certifications.
- Having the ability of giving the training to whole staff (from managers to beauty consultants) of the company
