Job Description
• Solving Help Desk requests according to SLAs
• Provide performance and service level reporting
• Contributing to development, planning and production of new systems
• Leading Help Desk projects
• Provide trainings for the development of the Help Desk team
• Ensuring control of hardware and software inventories
Required Skills and ExpertiseQualifications;
• Bachelor's Degree
• Good command of spoken and written English language, preferably German
• Min. 2 years of experience in a field of Helpdesk Management
• Management and configuration experience in client operating systems
• Knowledge of basic network (WAN, LAN) and Windows servers
• Advanced management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Able to manage time and priority
• To have a good problem solving skills
• To have no restrictions to travel
