Ethic HR - Sales Engıneer
Job DescriptionOur client is a world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, which is located in more than 50 countries with approximately 50,000 employees. We are looking for a “Sales Representative (Eastern Marmara)” professional, who can utilize his/her previous experience in a multinational environment while contributing to his/her career as part of global team.
Missions and Responsibilities
- Implement the regional sales plan within his/her area
- Lead a regular prospection activity
- Proposes technical solutions to selected customers in order to solve their technical hurdles
- Develop sales through offer selling and new customer acquisition
- Negotiate the company’s offer and signs contract with the customers
- Build the customer loyalty and maintain knowledge of geographical area
Competencies and Profile
- Maximum 3 years of experience in a B2B industrial sales domain
- University degree (Engineering Degree is highly preferred)
- Experience in automotive and metal-working industry (welding, heat treatment, combustion, etc.) is a plus
- Adapting personal style to effectively interact within a multinational environment
- Strong capacities in listening customer needs
- Native Turkish and fluent in English
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Preferably lives in Kocaeli or willing to relocate in Kocaeli.
