Job Definition

We are looking for a highly passionate leader who will take on the challenge to continue the successful growth in E-Commerce of IKEA Turkey with an experienced and enthusiastic team.

• Responsible of planning and execution of the Business Plan and Marketing Plan.

• In charge of all the aspects of E-Commerce operation and product range management.

• Fulfilling E-Commerce channel KPI’s and profitability targets.

• Developing and implementing new projects to enhance the efficiency and improve the shopping experience.

• Improving the customer experience throughout the whole shopping journey.

• Following up on global and sectoral innovations and timely implementing the ones which are suitable for the organization.

• Ensuring smooth operation flow for IKEA website.

• Securing performance and competence development of the E-Commerce team.

• E-Commerce Manager reports to Chief Channel Officer responsible for Multichannel Sales.

• Minumum 5 years of E-Commerce experience in a managerial function

• Bachelor degree in related disciplines

• Excellent command of English

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Strong organization skills

• Highly analytical, solution-oriented and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and natural leadership skills
