    İş Açıklaması

    HighTech Passport, a high-quality full-service language provider headquartered in the Silicon Valley with offices in Europe and Asia, offers over 25 years of linguistic and technical experience in 90 languages to a wide range of customers in the US.

    As part of a drive to expand its clientele to the EMEA region, we are looking for a Sales Development Manager (SDM) responsible for developing new business through prospecting, cold calling and networking new customers in EMEA. In addition, the SDR is responsible for maintaining customer relationships and serving as a point of contact for customers and operations personnel.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prospect potential customers through various research channels (including the internet, professional directories, and customer referrals)
    • Cold call prospective customers
    • Conduct phone and in-person sales meetings with existing customers and the leads
    • Conduct professional presentations to the leads
    • Manage and update contacts in sales software
    • Work to achieve clearly defined goals
    • Provide management with accurate status of sales and leads
    • Work closely with the operations teams to ensure timeliness and quality of projects, as well as address any issues
    • Educate current and prospective customers about HTP rates, products, services, etc.
    • Keep current on HTP technology updates as well as translation industry trends
    • Maintain flexibility and perform other duties as requested

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 3-5+ years of demonstrable sales experience (especially in the service industry)
    • Familiarity with the language industry is a big plus
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Knowledge of an additional EMEA language is a plus
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Expertise in customer management and consultation
    • Ability to work as part of a global team
    • Desire to learn about the sales process and the language services industry and grow sales career
    • Self-starter and team-player
    • Availability to travel extensively
