    As an SVP you will be leading technical teams in complex engagements with customers:

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Hire train and manage a Crossover-based team of 5-10 Vice Presidents of Project Management Sell and deliver $50M/yr of business through a team of 250-500 people

    Build, and continually improve, a customer-success focused process and culture based on simplicity, common standards, and metric-based operations.

    Create ongoing economies of scale, enabling your organization to become more effective and efficient as it grows

    Establish yourself as the face of the business with our customers, driving their confidence to build and deploy our deep team of consultants to deliver results

    Continually assess the extent to which each customer is realizing the full potential of their engagement with our software and services, working with them to increase value over time

    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum 20 years of related work experience, including experience managing technical engagements from concept to delivery in enterprise technology settings

    Experience in a Partner-level role at a top-tier IT consulting company

    Executive Relationships: Must be able to credibly discuss long-term strategy with F500 CxO-level management.

    Customer Focus: Deep passion for customer success, coupled with a driving motivation to solve their problems and continually improve their experience - you are a customer advocate of the highest order

    As a seasoned executive with experience in a global leadership role, you will report to the Chief Operating Officer, and will also serve as a key member of the global executive team.

    We are an organisation where acquisitions of software companies is one of our primary goals. You will play a major role in the acquisition of some of these organisations and will be expected to lead transformation of any acquired company within a very short time frame. Our plan for 2018 is the acquisition of 50 companies.

    You will be expected to run a world-class 1,000+ person Software Engineering organization using revolutionary and radically differentiated processes. In parallel you will run operations across a variety of disciplines including Software Engineering, SaaSOps, IT Ops, Support and Finance. You will be expected to hire, coach and manage 5-15 VPs of Software Engineering managing global groups in our factory-like processes with quantifiable business results.

    You will be expected to be an expert at aggressive goal setting and derive weekly productivity improvements to drive significant levels of value and productivity at much higher levels than in most companies. You must continuously improve the quality of your teams using our global talent sourcing. You will leverage your technical depth as a former developer and architect to set a personal standard for excellence.

    You are expected to be proficient at doing deep-dives into problem-solving with your teams and able to leverage past technical expertise in Software Development, Quality Assurance, Cloud Infrastructure, and automated deployments using CI/CD tools.

    You should be capable of working closely with our F500 customer executives as well as key executives within ESW Capital. The expectation is that you are a seasoned professional with excellent English communication skills that can effectively manage executive relationships.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Be a key contributor in our acquisition process and transform acquired companies within 3 months

    Attain continuous process improvements across multiple operations disciplines including Software Engineering, SaaSOps, IT Ops, Support and Finance.

    Hire, coach and manage 5-15 VP-level executives owning a wide variety of critical business functions, but primarily focus on Software Engineering.

    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is mandatory (MS or PhD preferred).

    15+ years engineering experience in a leadership role managing multiple teams across multiple products and technologies. This is a global leadership role for a seasoned executive, not a first executive role for a great software development manager.

    Proven track record running a 250+ person Software Engineering and Operations organization.

    Be proficient at doing deep-dives into problem-solving with your teams and able to leverage past technical expertise in Software Development, Quality Assurance, Cloud Infrastructure, and automated deployments using CI/CD tools.

    Spent at least 5 years in a hands-on software coding and architecture role.

    Spent at least 5 years leading engineering managers

    Managed an annual IT budget in excess of $25m

    Recent experience with DevOps and Cloud architecture. We live in the Cloud.

    Experience with high-end enterprise systems deployed in environments of F500 corporation complexity.

    The Senior Vice President of Technical Product Management will serve as a critical member of the global executive team.

    Our Technical Product Management roles are much more technical than what most companies call “Product Management” so traditional “product management” experience is not a requirement.

    Every member of the Technical Product Management team goes through an initial 30 day training session to learn how we do Product Management at Crossover, how we structure our specifications, and how we measure the quality of the resulting documentation.

    You will have clear, measurable goals and you will receive candid feedback weekly instead of waiting for quarterly or annual reviews.

    You own the highest level of product direction and definition. You own the definition of the differentiated features that are valuable and unique.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Create simple and clear architecture specs

    Hire, manage and coach Vice Presidents of Technical Product Management

    Create, standardize and drive an ideation process producing market defining, technology fueled, differentiated products delivering measurable customer value

    Ability to build “expert level” knowledge in a technical domain area

    Set and maintain the quality bar for product specifications favoring simplicity and clarity and removing distractions, over-architecture, and bad design decisions

    Synthesize inputs, communicate strategic direction, and validate assumptions with internal and external stakeholders

    Establish feasibility with Engineering teams early in the process to avoid delays and last minute scope change

    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is absolutely mandatory, (M.Sc. or PhD preferred)

    15+ years of hands-on production code development and architecture design in Java or C# on a commercial software product or end-user software supporting a service offering

    5+ years of recent hands-on experience defining and owning the tactical and strategic technical definition and design of software products for an engineering team to code and test

    Extensive experience communicating requirements in writing and using diagrams (such as architecture diagrams, data flows, and system component diagrams)

    NPI experience with startups or new/1.0 products within larger companies

    Experience with the software development tools/platform space is a nice-to-have along with product management of products used by Fortune 500 sized companies
