We are looking for a “SALES HEAD - TURKEY” for our client who is a leading company in the textile sector.
- Develop new business by adding more customers in the socks and narrow fabrics segment,
- Identify other applications to increase sales of yarn dyed nylon and yarn dyed polyester and develop business,
- Identify and develop new customers for other products in the company portfolio including monofilament, High tenacity, Dope dyed DTY (PET and PA6), HOY, twisted, ACY, etc.
- Develop and strengthen agent and trader network in Turkey,
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets across product categories,
- Act as a local company representative for troubleshooting and customer service for existing customers of the company,
- Coordination with Mumbai export team for planning of new orders,
- Coordination and follow up with plant to ensure timely execution of orders,
- Complete service of customers including order acceptance, providing timely feedback to customers through MIS and reports, timely delivery of orders, troubleshooting and payment collection,
- As volumes grow, recruit new people and establish a new office for the Company and manage the Turkey operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or alternatively strong technical sales background,
- Minimum 6 years+ of work experience in B2B sales & business development position in a multinational corporate environment,
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements,
- Good negotiating and presentation skills,
- Well organised and having task principles,
- Proactive, result oriented, ambitious personality,
- Willingness to travel in Turkey and abroad,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
