Maintain thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including ingredients and presentation standards.
Actively participate in pre-service setup and preparation procedures.
Review reservation details, identify any special guest requests, and complete necessary preparations in advance.
Accurately transmit orders to relevant departments via the Micros system and ensure proper check preparation and follow-up.
Provide a high standard of service delivery to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

Required Skills and Expertise

Strongly focused on delivering a high level of guest service
Compliant with personal grooming and hygiene standards
Previous experience in a similar position or within the hospitality industry
Good command of the English language
