Job Description:
We are seeking a site architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the architectural aspects of construction projects on-site, ensuring that projects are executed accurately and efficiently. Providing sales drawings, construction-ready drawings, or any related technical drawings required on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the architectural phase of construction projects, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.

• Interpret and implement architectural drawings and specifications on-site, making adjustments as necessary to address practical issues related to the site.

• Conduct site inspections, manage design changes, and maintain documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or any related field.

• 2-5+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project management. Experience in site planning and development is especially valuable.

• Certification and licensing are a plus.

• A strong portfolio showcasing previous projects, particularly those demonstrating an understanding of site architecture.

• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools. • Ability to create working drawings or any technical drawings required for the site.

• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and practical site details.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with engineers and construction teams.

• Ability to support project teams and provide clear direction and solutions.

A CV in English and a diploma of completed education are required.

Work will be on site in Libya – Benghazi.
