About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Civil Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on managing tender preparation processes and ensuring the technical follow-up of ongoing international construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate tender preparation activities (technical documentation, BOQs, drawings, compliance checks).

• Review and prepare technical submissions for bids.

• Monitor the technical progress of ongoing projects and ensure alignment with contract requirements.

• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and site engineers to resolve technical issues.

• Support project reporting, planning, and documentation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.

• Strong command of technical documentation, tender procedures, and contract requirements. FIDIC experience is a must.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

• Good command of English; additional languages are an asset.

• Good command of relevant software

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
