Job Description- To warmly and sincerely welcome guests upon arrival and departure
- To provide guests with accurate information regarding the hotel, its facilities, and available services
- To assist guests efficiently during check-in and check-out procedures
- To handle guests’ luggage professionally during arrival and departure processes
- To respond promptly and effectively to guests’ requests, inquiries, and needs
- Strongly focused on delivering exceptional guest service
- Well-groomed and compliant with personal hygiene standards
- Previous experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English
