Ankara Hilton - Sales Account Manager
Job DescriptionFinding out new accounts, developing relations with the existing ones and bringing new leads.
• Ensuring the accounts and the bookers are contacted for all group and meeting leads in coordination with Group Sales and Private Functions.
• Following up the latest subjects in political and economic areas as well as corporate, government agency information, the businesses in other hotels and possible business opportunities
• Making at least 20 sales calls in a week mainly in Istanbul, if necessary in other cities
• Making at least 4 entertainments in a week
• Building up Account Development Plans and steal 5 Key Accounts from the competitor hotels in a year.
• Attending sales related events (i.e. customer invitations, sales blitz, road shows etc.)
• Finding at least 2 new accounts in a month
• Selling and promoting the F&B outlets, carpark, Health Club and Laundry to the clients (Total account Management)
Required Skills and ExpertiseComply with all Hilton International company policies.
• Comply with all systems and procedures as laid down by the DO, GM and Hilton International.
• Act in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures when required
• The management reserves the right to change/extend this statement if necessary at any point of time during her/his employment.
• The holder of this statement can be asked to take on other tasks in addition of the ones stated, in a reasonable framework.
