Concentrix - Peak Games / Game Support Customer Representative
Job DescriptionWe will be giving Game Support Customer Services for our client which is one of the biggests in Gaming Sector. All the written tickets will be detailed and answered by our Customer Representatives. Also the games that we are responsible will be monitored by the team 24 h/7 d.
Required Skills and ExpertiseInterested in MOBİLE GAMES (Facebook, iOS and Android)
Native or fluent in English language skills
Excellent written communication skills in both Turkish and English
Strong problem-solving skills and must have idea about customer relations
Must work well with team members, energetic and generally happy
Can work in flexible hours
Lives in İstanbul (Europe Region)
Military service delay at least for 2 years for male candidates
