As we expand our footprint from the US across the EMEA region, we are seeking a Senior Voice / Data Communications Engineer with expertise in secure communications.

What You'll Do

As a senior engineer, you will support the design, deployment, and management of secure, high-performance communications infrastructure across international environments. You will advise the executive team on best practices within Türkiye, ensuring strict compliance with global and regional security standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage secure voice and data networks (VoIP, PBX, SIP, VPN, etc.)

• Build and support systems aligned with military/NATO-grade security standards

• Integrate encryption, authentication, and segmentation protocols for secure communications systems

• Lead secure deployments and system integrations across the EMEA regions

• Provide troubleshooting and system optimization support

• Ensure full documentation for system compliance, accreditation, and auditing

• Collaborate with partners, vendors, and clients in a multinational environment

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level voice/data communications

• Proven experience with secure communications architectures, ideally in military and/or NATO-grade support roles

• Strong background in Türkiye region deployments and knowledge of compliance standards

• In-depth understanding of routing/switching protocols, VLANs, IPsec, TLS, and network segmentation

• Strong documentation and client-facing skills
