Our company, which has been serving in the automotive sector since 1986; It represents, makes the dealership and distributes more than 300 global and domestic brands for passenger cars, light commercial group and heavy-duty vehicles.

Dinamik Automotive; With more than 1000 employees, it delivers spare parts products to its customers with 18 distribution centers and 22 branches all over Turkey. It also exports to 50+ countries in 5 continents.

A “Executive Assistant” will be recruited to work with the following qualifications at our Company's Headquarters.

• Ensuring the internal and external communication and coordination of the Chairman,

• Organizing the manager's meeting, travel, accommodation and general calendar,

• If necessary; attending meetings, taking meeting notes and making reports,

• To make in-house reports concerning the management and to prepare presentations in line with the manager's request,

• To make sectoral researches and reports requested by the manager,

• Welcoming and hosting guests.


• Bachelor’s or master’s degree,

• Have similar work experience in a corporate work environment,

• Preferably worked as an Expat Assistant,

• Able to use MS Office programs well,

• Excellent command of written and spoken English,

• Strong written and verbal communication skills,

• Having an analytical and systematic mindset,

• Meticulous and regular about archiving, filing, and reporting,

•Result oriented; to have ability for follow-up, planning and organization,

• Residing on the Anatolian side,

• No travel restrictions,

• Active driving,

• Not related to military service for male candidates.
