Job DetailIn cooperation with a global airline company, we are looking for a ‘Human Resource Specialist’ located in İstanbul.
Job description:
• Design and implementation of HR processes and policies
• Correspondence with local authorities and third parties for compliance with the legislation,
• Maintaining HR records and ensuring data integrity as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Ensuring HR policies, procedures and content are up to date with local labor law and social security regulations
• Ensuring HR complies with all policies and procedures
• Responsible for internal and external contract management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Business Administration or other related fields,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relavant fields
• Upper imediate of Turkish
• Good knowledge of English
