Deliver exceptional guest service throughout the entire guest journey, from arrival to departure
Ensure all guest information entered into hotel systems is complete, accurate, and regularly updated
Maximize guest satisfaction while contributing to room sales profitability and revenue goals
Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures professionally, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards

Required Skills and Expertise

Strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring guest satisfaction
Well-groomed and compliant with professional appearance and hygiene standards
Previous experience in a similar role or within the hospitality industry preferred
Proficient in using the ONQ property management system
Good command of spoken and written English
