Ethic HR - Export Sales Executive
Job DescriptionOur client is a prominent flexible packaging company and delivering packaging solutions to food, beverage, pet, home and personal care industries. Our client exports its products to more than 50 countries. Now we are looking for Export Sales Executive who will be responsible both sales for German speaking European markets.
· The person will be responsible for German speaking European markets.
· S/he will report to Sales and Marketing Director and will lead 3 sales representatives.
· Defining sales strategy for the region, planning actions for achieving sales targets, improving market share and sales volume for the assigned market.
· Developing new customers and growing sales volume with existing clients with effective customer visits and participating to industrial exhibitions.
· Managing relations with FMCG and retail clients as well as distributors.
· Analyzing the market for the region, competitors and price.
· Managing regions and customer segments by effective sales budget. Planning the annual activities and achieving results.
· Participating international fairs and exhibitions, achieving effective business development activities in trade organizations.
· Contributing to new product development processes by forwarding demands from the market to R&D with an effective pricing strategy.
Required Skills and Expertise· Graduated from Business Administration, International Relations or related departments of prominent universities
· Minimum 8 years of experience about export markets for flexible packaging products
· Fluent speaking both in English and German
· Result oriented and analytic person
· Planned and organized person
· No military obligation for male candidates
· No barrier for international travelling
