We are looking for a 'Long Term Human Resources Intern' in our Head Office located in İstanbul, Kozyatağı.

• Assisting Human Resources functions such as Recruitment, Learning&Development, Performance&Career Management and Internal Communication
• Searching candidates from various platforms
• Organizing interviews, conducting candidate phone calls
• Checking candidate’s reference
• Supporting training processes, follow up the attendance lists and keep records of it
• Translating global training documents
• Supporting communication and social responsibility activities
• Keeping and updating HR reports and database system
• Providing operational support all HR processess

• 4th year or master students from a reputable universities preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Industrial Engineering etc.
• Having a career objectives in Human Resources
• Flexible schedule to work minimum 3-4 full days a week
• Excellent command of English
• Proficiency in MS Word and Power Point
• Dynamic, proactive and outgoing personality
• Self-motivated team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
