Job DescriptionWe are looking for Management Trainees who are willing to make a career in retail sector. During one year management trainee programme, trainees will work in the different departments in Bayrampaşa IKEA Departments.
Required Skills and Expertise- University graduate preferably in the fields of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economy departments,
- Fluency in English,
- Advanced computer knowledge,
- Strong analytical and numerical skills,
- A good team player with outstanding communication skills,
- Eager to learn and share knowledge with people,
- Set, plan and accomplish goals under deadlines,
- Willingness and potential for learning and development, Interest in retail sector,
