Your Role: In this role, you’ll support our Systems Specialist in day-to-day operational and system-based tasks. You’ll work closely with warehouse teams and use ERP tools to manage core logistics functions like order processing, shipment tracking, and data flow accuracy. The role is hands-on and field-based, with a strong focus on system reliability and process execution.

What You'll Do:

• Track daily picking and packing workflows.
• Prepare and process shipment documents to support daily outbound operations.
• Create ERP-based picking orders according to shipment schedules and store delivery plans.
• Enter, update, and validate data within our reports and dashboards. Especially in Excel and Power BI.
• Use advanced Excel tools to analyze and prepare daily operational reports. (you should feel confident working with formulas, pivots, and basic scripts)
• Follow and adapt to daily warehouse operation flows.
• Support the configuration and usage of ERP and WMS platforms.
• Assist the Systems Specialist with system checks, reporting tasks, and operational troubleshooting.
• Maintain clear communication with field teams and support cross-functional coordination.
• Operate primarily on-site in the Warehouse.
• Be open to flexible working hours during busy periods when the workload increases.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field.
• Comfortable using ERP and WMS platforms in a logistics environment.
• Excellent Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• High attention to detail and able to follow structured workflows.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Eager to work in the field and take part in real-time operational processes.
• Adaptable, practical, and ready to support the team in a fast-moving logistics setting.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
