Pozitera, is a retail development company with the rightful pride of serving many national and international companies in the sector. We are looking for Project Manager with the following features to be employed in Retail Management and Merchandising department to be assigned to our General Directorate in Şişli.

• Customer and Sales management,

• Explanation of the actions required for the historical and focused planning of sales, stock and other reporting,

• Control and control of presentations and reports (sales, product, inventory, competitor analysis, premiums, personnel etc.)

• Support in payroll service,

• Managing the field Supervisor and Merch team,

• Proposing sales plans and explaining their applications,

• To ensure communication with the customers,

Qualifications

• 4-year university graduate,

• At least 2 years experienced in customer relationship management,

• Advanced command of MS Office applications

• English written, oral advanced

• Have dynamic presentation and communication skills

• Ability to make project plans, process employees and follow up,

• Sales, product, inventory, competitor analysis, premium, personnel control and inspection,

• Having team management experience
