Job Definition


  • Processing and resolving the objections on expense of card holders and merchants of our bank in a timely manner within the framework of BKM, Visa, MasterCard and UnionPay rules and laws.
  • Informing the cardholders and merchants.
  • Informing the other units regarding the objection process and its results when required.
  • Performing the tasks accurately and in line with SLA’s
  • Determining the technical deficiencies in the system and carrying out studies for rehabilitation in order to prevent any effect of the system flaws on the business of the unit.



  • Having Bachelor’s Degree,
  • Good command of English,
  • At least 2 years of experience in Card Payment Systems Chargeback Division,
  • Analyzing the customer objections with an analytical point of view and taking the required actions by prioritizing the customer satisfaction.
  • Being open for improvement, innovative, a team worker,
  • Having knowledge of card payment systems fraud, authorization and clearing
