- Processing and resolving the objections on expense of card holders and merchants of our bank in a timely manner within the framework of BKM, Visa, MasterCard and UnionPay rules and laws.
- Informing the cardholders and merchants.
- Informing the other units regarding the objection process and its results when required.
- Performing the tasks accurately and in line with SLA’s
- Determining the technical deficiencies in the system and carrying out studies for rehabilitation in order to prevent any effect of the system flaws on the business of the unit.
AUTHORITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Having Bachelor’s Degree,
- Good command of English,
- At least 2 years of experience in Card Payment Systems Chargeback Division,
- Analyzing the customer objections with an analytical point of view and taking the required actions by prioritizing the customer satisfaction.
- Being open for improvement, innovative, a team worker,
- Having knowledge of card payment systems fraud, authorization and clearing
