We are seeking for 'E-CRM Intern' who are willing to build up a career at Yves Rocher;

• Assist to the development of E-CRM strategy and communications plan to support ecommerce & retail campaigns,
• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns,
• Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling and ensure mobile-friendly email templates,
• Build lead generation opportunities and execute growth plan of the e-mail database on website, social networks and retail chain,
• Oversee the development and execution of email marketing; upgrade templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features,
• Manage relationship with external teams and partner with internal marketing services (social media, creative, retail, product and digital),
• Report engagement and revenue figures, analyze e-crm campaigns performances working with website analyst to track and suggest improvements.
• Ensure emails follow industry and legal policies, also best practices.

• New graduated of engineering departments,
• Able to work 5 days a week,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially prepare presentation,
• Basic SQL knowledge,
• Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing,
• Team worker, problem solver and decision maker,
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills,
• Interest and enthusiasm towards digital marketing campaigns,
• General knowledge and interest towards analysis and an analytical mind,
• Basic knowledge about e-crm performance metrics,
• Innate understanding on customer behavior in a digital context, visual and linguistic cues in communication,
• No transportation problem to Levent area.
