We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven "Commercial Manager" to lead our commercial strategy and maximize revenue across all segments.
Position Summary
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the hotel’s commercial strategy, overseeing Sales, Revenue, and Marketing functions to drive revenue growth, market share, and brand positioning. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the hospitality market, particularly in the corporate and MICE segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the hotel’s commercial strategy aligned with Hilton’s global standards and the hotel’s business goals.
- Lead and manage the Sales, Revenue Management, and Marketing teams to achieve budgeted targets and KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to drive incremental revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts, travel agencies, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and demand patterns to optimize pricing and distribution strategies.
- Collaborate with the Revenue team to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy performance.
- Ensure effective use of Hilton commercial tools, systems, and reporting platforms.
- Develop and execute sales action plans, promotions, and campaigns to increase brand visibility and conversion.
- Represent the hotel in networking events, trade fairs, and client engagements.
- Drive performance culture through coaching, training, and team development.
- Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, policies, and ethical practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive commercial experience in international hotel chains, preferably in upscale or luxury segments.
- Strong background in corporate, MICE, and group sales.
- Proven track record in revenue growth, business development, and strategic planning.
- Experience in managing multi-functional commercial teams.
- Solid knowledge of revenue management, distribution channels, and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Hilton systems and commercial platforms is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Turkish and advanced level English is required.
- Analytical mindset with strong financial and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
